Executive chef Yamashita Yasunobu unique style draws on his experience as a Japanese chef trained in classical French techniques. Having worked in both Japan and France throughout his 30-year long reputable career - including a period as the head chef of a renowned teppanyaki restaurant in Japan - chef Yamashita arrived in Hong Kong with the daring idea to fuse these two unlikely culinary counterparts together, thus creating the unique flavors and style that form the elegant Sanka Teppanyaki experience.
